I'd like to do the following:
> myinstance_classpath=":\${_tomcat_catalina_home}/bin/activedirectory-dns-locato
    r-0.4.0.jar"

This unfortunately does not work because in
https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/blob/main/www/tomcat85/files/tomcat85.in#L131

The value is surrounded by single quotes. When changed to double quotes then
substitution works intended.

Can you make this simple change happen?
