graphics/colmap: update to 3.7

This fixes the build on FreeBSD 13+ as colmap 3.6 doesn't build with the newest
C++ standard.  While we are at it, claim maintainership over this unmaintained
port.

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 arm64 i386 amd64 FreeBSD 13.1.
