I'm not sure why it fails. You might run into the ratelimiting of github and
end up with empty or incomplete packages.

Building rclone using poudriere on my end works as expected. I even rebuilt
rclone since go was upgraded in the ports tree.

After running make distclean, you might want to check if there are still files
in this directory: /usr/ports/distfiles/go/net_rclone/pkg/mod/

If that's the case you should try removing everything from there recursively
and retry building rclone. When that also fails I have no idea what's going on
on your end and maybe installing it from the freebsd repository is a viable
workaround.
