I managed to figure out how to build the correct artifact
(org.eclipse.sdk.ide-freebsd.gtk.amd64.tar.gz), the problem was that this is
now built in a different project which was disabled
(eclipse.platform.repository). The build artifact seems to be good, but the
eclipse binary wont run, it seems to have somehow been linked against my
linuxulator (/compat/ubuntu) install. I think I know why, but I wont have time
to fix it for a week or so ...

My changes are fairly small, shall I clone your
https://github.com/daemonblade/freebsd-eclipse repo and commit them there?
