Upgrade to 1.5.2

Version 1.5.0 produces errors when used with PHP-8:

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught ValueError: fread(): Argument #2 ($length) must be
greater than 0 in /usr/local/share/pear/Net/DNS2/Cache/File.

It has been fixed in 1.5.2.
