Remove --disable-mfa from config

At some point, the SOGo configure script stopped accepting --disable-mfa. Now,
it takes --enable-mfa to enable MFA or nothing to disable effectively disable
MFA.

The easiest solution is to remove the use of --disable-mfa from the
configuration if the MFA option is checked off.
