changes to RC script

Hello.

I have problems with this service uptime, so I updated RC script a little:
 * format tabs;
 * document mtterbridge_args;
 * add matterbridge_autorestart: specifies number in seconds to autorestart by
daemon(8).

Hope that would help anyone.
