Several updates to unmaintained OCaml ports

These updates are needed to chase the upgrade to lang/ocaml.

The affected ports are:

devel/ocaml-ounit
devel/ocaml-re
devel/ocaml-cfg
devel/ocaml-extlib
devel/ocaml-ipaddr
devel/ocaml-pomap
devel/ocaml-sdl
devel/ocaml-ulex
devel/ocaml-camljava
devel/menhir

Important note: all the PR related to Ocaml ports must be committed at the same
time!
