https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=262498 Bug ID: 262498 Summary: biology/pooler: update to 1.83 Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: silas-freebsd@flatline.org.uk Created attachment 232400 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=232400&action=edit Patch for v1.83 This fixes another bug found by Zhifu Wang in Beijing. When you run Primer Pooler on a very large server with over 100 CPU cores but with only a small number of primers, it was possible for the load scheduler to malfunction and miss out a primer, causing a crash later (e.g. in print-bonds). This has now been fixed. --- Comment #1 from Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org> --- Maintainer informed via mail -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
