The port use "USE_LDCONFIG= yes" but none of the libraries are installed in
PREFIX/lib, they are installed in PREFIX/lib/rsyslog
The fix is to use "USE_LDCONFIG= PREFIX/lib/rsyslog" (+ bump portrevision) or
to drop USE_LDCONFIG if the libs are not used by other ports (which seems the
case).
