The following ports install a file /usr/local/LICENSE.

 misc/py-huepy
 textproc/py-ttp
 www/py-flask-apscheduler
 www/py-planet

Please fix the ports to either install the file in a port specific location or
not at all (since another LICENSE file is installed in the correct place).
