net/rospo: update to 0.8.0

Upstream changes:

 - Added support http/https schemes to load authorized keys (now you can
   load public keys from github for example using
   https://github.com/your_user.keys)
 - Introduced pipe subcommand
 - Added support multiple authorized_keys sources
 - Minor improvements

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 arm64 FreeBSD 13.
