Patch against /usr/ports

I am an upstream maintainer of msktutil, we have released version 1.2 on last
Friday.

Attached you'll find a patch. Following changes in the patch:

* Document move from sbin/ to bin/ in UPDATING
* Use ${PORTNAME} throughout
* Remove dependency on udns, there was a bug in the configure script which did
not properly detect ns_initparse():
