Trying to replace sendmail with postfix. Instruction says:
> install -m 0644 ...

But I get:
> # install -m 0644 /usr/local/share/postfix/mailer.conf.postfix /usr/local/etc/mail/mailer.conf
> install: /usr/local/etc/mail/mailer.conf: No such file or directory

Please add to instructions
> install -d %%MC_PREFIX%%/etc/mail
