auto-update-system won't switch your ports from quarterly to current. It will
install updates to quarterly and switch to a new quarter based on the time
stamp of, e.g., http://pkg.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:13:amd64/quarterly/meta.txt.
If you want to switch to current, run auto-pkg-latest.
