Patch to upgrade port to Tuptime 5.1.0

Hi,


Tuptime have a new release (5.1.0) and it would be nice to have it on FreeBSD.

Changelog:

  * Cover DB writes with transactions
  * Register DB version on PRAGMA user_version
  * Adding --pctl option. Show percentil over average values
  * Code refactoring

Please, see the attached patch with the PORT upgrade changes.
