OK, so on my box after reintalling phpldapadmin I'm able to login without
errors. 

And, yes there is one small mistake in patching 'lib/PLAAttribute.php'. After
this small change PLA is working correctly.

Can you change /usr/local/www/phpldapadmin/lib/PLAAttribute.php at line 15 from
Attribute to PLAAttribute? After that change can you login?

Maybe problem is with config.php file? Are you able to show (or email to me)
your config (without credentials of course :-))) ). I will try to check it on
my box.
