multimedia/libxine, add --with-fontconfig and --with-freetype to show subtitles

multimedia/libxine needs --with-fontconfig and --with-freetype to show
subtitles, even if "separate.font use freetype" is not set. Note that
--with-freetype has to be explicitly enabled.
