Patch for the sysutils/hfsexplorer port to bring it up to date and change
maintainership.

HFSExplorer has had a few releases since the last update to the FreeBSD port,
and the latest one is 2021.10.9. The attached patch bumps the ports version to
2021.10.9.
I maintain the upstream HFSExplorer code and I am also willing to take
maintainership of the FreeBSD port to make sure it stays up to date, thus I'm
changing MAINTAINER.
I'm new to ports maintainership, so please excuse any mistakes. :)
