emulators/qemu-powernv: fix build on armv7

Detect armv[67] as variants of arm.

This makes QEMU find the architecture-appropriate tcg headers, unbreaking the
build.

Tested with Poudriere on armv7 FreeBSD 13.1.
Please MFH if possible.
