git diff of databases/mongodb50

- trivial version bump
- tested LTO on llvm14 (FreeBSD 14-CURRENT/aarch64) and it compiles again (was
disabled by bug #257765)
  keeping the commented out lines for one version to make it easy to enable
again when needed
- poudriere stage-qa: ok
