nextcloud-php82 is not able to run with the latest version of PHP 8.2,
the error reported is :

"This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with PHP>=8.2.
You are currently running 8.2.0alpha1."

You can do the test with this simple command in CLI:
% cd /usr/local/www/nextcloud && php index.php
