Welcome textproc/pecl-zephir_parser

This port is a prerequisite for Zephir, a DSL similar to Cython for Python that
lets you write code that looks like PHP, but is then compiled to native C
extensions for PHP.

The Zephir Parser is part of the Zephir toolchain.

Zephir proper will be submitted shortly.
