There is still a minor problem with --localstatedir, which stage-qa is
reporting to be set to /usr/local/var.
For now, I "hardcoded" /var with CONFIGURE_ARGS+= ... --localstatedir=/var,
could't find the proper PREFIX-LOCALSTATEDIR variable used by the FreeBSD ports
system (missing a kind of Index / Glossary for such things).
