https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=259558 Bug ID: 259558 Summary: devel/automake: optionalize INFO Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Keywords: patch Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: tijl@FreeBSD.org Reporter: greg@unrelenting.technology Assignee: tijl@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(tijl@FreeBSD.org) Created attachment 229154 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=229154&action=edit 0001-devel-automake-optionalize-INFO.patch makeinfo can be an annoying/unwanted build dependency. info pages aren't popular in the BSD world anyway. Maybe let's make them optional here, and disable by default even, like in this patch? --- In this port, the tarballs already contain .info files, so we don't have to patch out their installation, we can just avoid rebuilding them \o/ -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
