Here is the method you can open the control-center again.
You can use "dconf-editor" to change the default panel display when start
gnome-control-center, the setting in '/org/gnome/control-center/last-panel' and
then you can change the value to the panel you want to open next time. The
panel value you can use "gnome-control-center -l" to get.
