Pkg upgrade from older nextcloud versions to NC 22 does NOT remove database.xml
files in apps-pkg/<app name>/appinfo/ which prevents the occ upgrade from
finishing in NC 22.  These database.xml files must be deleted for the updater
to finish and allow access to the nextcloud app.
