Add spell-cheking plugin

- Add spell-checking pluging (SPELL option, off by default)
- Adjust dependencies, Mousepad no longer depends of Xfconf
- Bump PORTREVISION
- Add message in order to define default language in gspell plugin, instead the
default value (en_US)
