[Bug 256129] astro/INDIWebManagerApp doesn't load FreeBSD default paths.

INDIWebManagerApp is set with linux default paths and it doesn't load INDI Web
Manager and INDI Server.

In order to do that, these default paths should be updated to:

- Python exec folder: /usr/local/bin

- indi-web Path: /usr/local/bin/indi-web
