Create a port for  automatically configuring the USB network connection
Remarkable tablets.

Remarkable tablets provide a network connection when they are connected to a
computer via a USB cable. This is simply a devd script that automatically calls
dhclient on the attached interface to set up a connection.

Tested with Remarkable 1 and Remarkable 2 tablets.
