After unplugging and plugging webcam and plugging it back webcamd became
unkillable:

> $ ps ax | grep webc
>   902  -  D<Es     0:06.95 /usr/local/sbin/webcamd -i 0 -d ugen4.3 -B -U webcamd -G webcamd
> 71873  6  S+       0:00.00 grep webc

It seems like the system needs to be rebooted.
