I need to reset each time I login the date and time settings

I change it by right clicking on the date/time widget and Adjust Date and Time
then I chose Change Date and Time automatically by checking the box, password
is being asked and then the time changes to the right time for my tz são
paulo/Brazil 

I open it again and the box is already not checked anymore and so the settings
are forgotten on shutting down

I have the same Kde Plasma on some Linux and this problem does not exist there

 if you think this is not a FBSD issue ok, but I don't believe that the kde
people will fix anything since the linuxes are working fine, so I believe
something is missing here
