https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=257226 Bug ID: 257226 Summary: sysutils/kf5-baloo multiple baloo_file processes for a single user Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: kde@FreeBSD.org Reporter: grahamperrin@gmail.com Flags: maintainer-feedback?(kde@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: kde@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 226502 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=226502&action=edit Example A: screenshot of htop showing two baloo_file processes The baloo_file process for a user continues to run after the user leaves the destkop environment. Subsequent reuse of the DE by the same user results in a concurrent (higher numbered) baloo_file process, under which baloo_file_extractor processes sometimes run. Whilst I have never observed a baloo_file_extractor running under the lower numbered baloo_file process in this situation, I assume that it's unnecessary to have two baloo_file processes. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
