Here are some comments. Could you update the port to accomodate these?

- MASTER_SITE is not necessary when you define USE_GITHUB.
- USE_LDCONFIG seems unnecessary since there are no shared libraries installed
by the port
- There are only 3 items in pkg-plist. I would suggest to use PLIST_FILES
instead.
