                OS: Any

Could not "make install" lang/cython port for python 3.10 when "py38-cython"
package had already been installed, as both are installed in the same location
...

===> Checking if py310-cython is already installed
===> Registering installation for py310-cython-0.29.24 as automatic
Installing py310-cython-0.29.24...
pkg-static: py310-cython-0.29.24 conflicts with py38-cython-0.29.24 (installs
files into the same place). Problematic file: /usr/local/bin/cygdb

... I would have expected all Python packages or ports to be concurrently
installed for whatever versions of python have been installed.

I am moving to Python 3.10; set "DEFAULT_VERSIONS+= python=3.10" in
"/etc/make.conf". I started with "dev/py-lxml" port which depends on
"lang/cython". I had to remove "py38-cython" package in order to continuing
build, install of py-lxml port.
