ports/gcc-arm-embedded is marked with the BROKEN_aarch64 flag, with the reason
given that it "fails to build".

I wanted to report success with the 8GB Raspberry Pi 4. Its possible the
failure is due to low RAM/swap issues on the lesser hosts.
