- remove old unused remnants of shebangfix
- compiles on aarch64/14-current
- poudriere testport -> stage-qa SUCCESS

note from the changelog:
"MongoDB version 4.4.7 is not recommended for production use due to a critical
issue, SERVER-58936. The issue is fixed in version 4.4.8."
