This bug applies to:
ossec-hids-agent-config
ossec-hids-local-config
ossec-hids-server-config

Since FreeBSD 13.0 editing 900.local.conf should auto generate ossec.conf.
Instead what happen is it clears everything but the top comment in the
ossec.conf. I've tested it on the 3 different variants of this port and the
effect is the same. FreeBSD p2 and p3 patches were also applied.
