15.0 pkgbase, heads up: cron, lpr packages

following the merge of these commits:

dbd0366f3434e2444792b431997dcaecfbf899ee package: move lpr into its own package
7209444a80fd37de0e19c7cf93623f84709827e3 package: move cron into its own package

you must install the new packages FreeBSD-cron or FreeBSD-lp if you need
cron or lpr.  pkg(8) will *not* handle this automatically.

if you have updated pkgbase systems in the mean time, you may find that
you have no cron (meaning no periodic, etc.).

in addition, if you upgrade to current pkgbase without installing
FreeBSD-cron at the same time, you may find pkg(8) deletes your existing
/etc/crontab.

the following commands should allow you to install FreeBSD-cron while
also preserving crontab:

# pkg update
# pkg install FreeBSD-cron
# pkg upgrade

i apologise for the inconvenience and for not including an UPDATING
entry for these, especially for cron.
