This command is about what is installed in your environment,
not what was most recently built. (But more on that later . . .)

Freshports shows 20231217_3 as well. (Note it has a date encoding.)

Absent a version number change, you would likely have to force
an install to end up with more recent than when that version was
first installed.

Absent a version number change, you would likely have to force

Looks normal to me if you first installed those versions
back when the builders had targeted 1500018 .
