Possibly that might be the issue. Now I am not able to repro on the instance I
had reported issue. Even after reverting the workaround, it is working fine.
Also, on new instance it worked fine. So that might be some html error page. I
don't have meta.conf available now. If it gets reproduced on next time, I will
check that.
