Port databases/p5-BerkeleyDB is still built using db5 which as deprecated
several years ago.  It works fine when using db18.

It should be noted that db5 creates BDB databases version 9 but older versions
of db5 created BDB databases version 8.  Version 8 databases are not supported
by db18.  It is therefore necessary to dump all old v8 databases and recreate
as v9 ones prior to changing p5-BerkeleyDB from db5 to db18.

This PR should probably be added to the dependency list for PR 261523.
