p5-Pod-XML requires p5-Pod-Parser, as shown below, but doesn't call out the
dependency:

$ pod2xml /home/ngie/git/openssl/1.1/doc/man3/CMS_encrypt.pod

Once I install p5-Pod-Parser, everything is copacetic:
