[Bug 282182] libreoffice 24.8.2.1 does not follow system theme under KDE

It appears that libreoffice 24.8.2.1 is using VCL plugin 'gen' by default,
resulting in the 'x11' UI. Setting VCL plugin to 'qt5' brings the qt/plasma
theme back. For me, this seems to also resolve the issue of core dump on exit.
Not sure why this version is using 'gen' as default when previous versions used
'qt5'.
