I was expecting you to contact upstream, not state the obvious. Besides,
LibreOffice uses ICU 73 (not ICU 72) as can be seen from my failed attempt to
use --without-system-icu:

gmake[2]: *** No rule to make target
'/portdistfiles/libreoffice/icu4c-73_2-src.tgz',
needed by
'/wrkdirs/usr/ports/editors/libreoffice/work/libreoffice-7.6.2.1/workdir/UnpackedTarget/icu4c-73_2-src.tgz'.
