GTK3 VLC runs almost stable for now, but still have some visual glitches 
with interface elements rendering due to not render all via GTK API but 
rather use own window renderer and map GTK widgets as overlay. As 
mention at forum post, mostly it found with NVidia videocards (yeah, I 
know, NVidia suxx)

This was a reason to remove (broken) notice from the option but not 
enough to set is as default.

GTK4 is "supported" now but still buggy at all, it looks like a disaster 
even worse than GTK3 VCL when it was introduced.

Sorry guys, Qt5/cairo will stay as default 'cause it is an only one VCl 
with stable renderer.
