This driver has no idea whether it is on an RPi 3 or higher, or on an amd64. 
Should every USB Ethernet driver check for RPi?

My DHCP server doesn't look up vendor info, but in this case, I would expect
yours to find "FreeBSD Foundation" (the OUI used by ether_gen_addr).
