I am facing exactly the same issue when adding new interface on both firewalls
in cluster, it won't allow to create interface on secondary firewall. It gives
the same error as mentioned above

# /etc/rc.d/netif start vlan113
Created clone interfaces: vlan113.

Any help would be much appreciated.


I am using 13.2-RELEASE-p1 currently and this issue started immediately after
upgrade from 13.1 to 13.2.
