Do all machines use the same NIC hardware for the pfsync interfaces?

It may also be interesting to experiment with LRO/TSO flags, on the off chance
that they affect things.

I will see if I can produce a patch to verify that the IP header length matches
the mbuf length, so we can see if that's what's going on.
