I can confirm that
options TCPPCAP
was enabled in the kernel. However, it seems you did not execute
sudo syssctl net.inet.tcp.tcp_pcap_packets=10
at least that would explain why no packets were captured.
Can you double check? More than 10 would be useful (like 20 or 30), but I don't
know if that would work for your workload.
